Terms and Conditions for Warrior Overland Mobile Oil

Welcome to Warrior Overland Mobile Oil! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services. By booking or utilizing our mobile oil change services, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please review them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Warrior Overland Mobile Oil specializes in convenient, on-site oil change services. We perform full-service oil changes at the customer’s specified location—home, work, or other approved areas—without the need for customer presence, unless otherwise arranged.

Each oil change includes:

  • Oil and oil filter replacement

  • Fluid top-off (windshield washer, coolant, etc.)

  • Tire pressure check

  • Battery health check

Additional services such as air filter replacements, wiper blades, may be requested and added at checkout.

We primarily use STP® motor oil, known for its engine protection, longevity, and sludge resistance. Upon request, we are happy to use customer-specified oil types; pricing may vary accordingly.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Ensure the service location is accessible, safe, and suitable for vehicle maintenance.

  • Provide accurate vehicle details during booking, including make, model, year, and any special service notes (e.g., skid plates or specific oil specs).

  • Inform us of oil brand preferences or special oil types prior to service.

  • If selecting contactless service:

    • Warm up the engine before our arrival.

    • Leave the hood unlatched or open.

    • Prepay for the service in full before the appointment begins.

  • For interior cleaning services (if applicable), remove all valuables—including weapons—from the vehicle.

3. Service Limitations

  • We do not perform major mechanical repairs or services unrelated to oil changes unless explicitly offered.

  • Service is weather-dependent and may be rescheduled due to unsafe conditions.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

    • The location or vehicle poses a safety risk.

    • The service cannot be completed due to inaccessible vehicle areas or incorrect customer preparation (e.g., locked hoods, no key access).

    • Any other condition prevents safe or quality service as defined by our team.

4. Appointment Booking and Cancellations

  • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or through authorized platforms.

  • Customers may reschedule or cancel appointments with at least 4 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

  • We may reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, emergencies, etc.).

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon service completion unless contactless prepayment has been selected.

We accept:

  • Online payment via our website

  • Cash at time of service

  • Card or phone tap-to-pay via our Square® terminal

  • Manual card entry (handled by our technician)

Outstanding balances may result in future appointment delays or service refusal.

6. Liability and Warranty

  • Warrior Overland Mobile Oil is not liable for any pre-existing damage, mechanical failure, or issues unrelated to our service.

  • We warrant our oil change work for 3 days from the date of service against defects caused by our negligence.

  • Customers must notify us of any service-related claims within 72 hours of noticing an issue.

  • We use professional-grade equipment, including drip mats and containment systems, to prevent spills and ensure a clean, mess-free experience.

8. Disclaimers

  • Service durations are estimates (typically 30–60 minutes) and may vary by vehicle or service complexity.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or other uncontrollable events.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to follow their vehicle manufacturer’s maintenance schedule.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates become effective upon posting on our official website.
